As it stands, the current versions of ftpClient (and therefore shipShop) don't work with Anarchie 2.0. Tim Moore, the current maintainer of ftpClient, is working on version 2.0 of ftpClient which will support Anarchie 2.0 and (very reasonably) would rather not have multiple versions of the suite floatinga round. If you are desperate to use Anarchie 2.0 and ftpCLient and Tim Moore can't help contact me and I'll try to help get things running for you - it isn't too hard.
For users of shipShop - it will work fine with Anarchie 2.0 when ftpClient is working.
